Abstract(in English) As a study for developing a "Reassuring Web design", we conducted the survey based on "The Stanford Web Credibility Survey" to pick up the important items at the time of website use. In this paper, while the results of the survey are shown, we describes the tendency as a judgment standard at the time of website use of a Japanese Web shopping user about two elements which constitute the website credibility.
