| 抄録(和) | 本研究では、カーナビゲーションシステムのような複雑な機器について、異機種間でどのような操作転移が起きるのかを明らかにし、機種にとらわれない望ましいインターフェイスの提言を試みる。ToyotaカーナビとCarrozzeriaカーナビを対象に操作転移をみる実験を行った結果、ユーザは機種が変わっても一貫性のある操作を好む傾向があり、機種毎にできるだけ一貫性の高いメンタルモデルが構築しやすいインターフェイスが望ましいと考えられる。 |
| 抄録(英) | This study reports results of transfer experiments using two different car navigation systems, T and C. Paired participants were observed to learn basic tasks like setting two navigation goals in one route. Four pairs learned C navigation system first, performed test tasks on C, and then transferred to T. The other four pairs reversed the order, from T to C. In terms of the success rates, all pairs completed the tasks, showing transfer. Details of the performances differed, though, depending on the order and the tasks. Overall, the participants were observed to seek coherent command structures. |
