Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) A past health condition is concerned with many illnesses such as adult diseases. Survival analysis offers several models for estimating the relationship of some factors and a disease. It needs the recorded data that pursued a certain group for a period, but sometime the dropout sample (which was canceled to pursuit for some reasons) exists in this group. Cox proportion hazard model is able to deal with such a case. Then, it is becoming an indispensable method today in survival analysis. But there is the problem that when a dropout sample exist Hosmer-Lemeshow Test, one of the most popular methods of evaluating the goodness-of-fit of the model in survival analysis, cannot do an exact evaluation. The objective of this study is to propose "Adjusted Hosmer-Lemeshow Test" that solves this problem, and to demonstrate the effectiveness of it.
