Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) It is well known that children with autistic spectrum disorders are hard to acquire the concept of time stream. This causes them to be difficult in controlling themselves at a variety of scenes in their daily life. In the present study, we attempt to design and develop a multi-functional time-aid for children with autistic spectrum disorders. It provides user interfaces and several functions suitable and customizable for individual child with designing data based on XML. Since this tool works on PDAs, mobile phones and personal computers, the tool is available in their dairy life.
