Development of strain sensor system using fiber resonator

Abstract(in English) A fiber Fabry-Perot interferometer (FI) sensor is developed with two fiber Bragg grating (FBG) mirrors. The reflectance peak of the FFPI shifts toward longer wavelengths and the change the reflectance of the sensor as the fiber strain increases. FI sensor is used for the sensing of sensing. the strain and high spatial resolution of 30cm was achieved.
