Abstract(in English) | For industrial applications of high average power laser systems, development of high efficiency, high beam quality and compact lasers is important especially in the laser material processing. In recent years, the Yb:YAG lasers have been studied extensively because Yb:YAG has several advantages. We developed high average power ultrafast Yb:YAG master oscillator power amplifier system, based on Yb:YAG regenerative amplifier. We obtained 10.1W of average output power in pulses with 6.2-ps duration and 100-kHz repetition rate. |
