Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) InGaN semiconductor lasers are going to be used in HD DVD and Blue-ray Disk which is called the next generation optical disk systems. We report the result of experiments of the characteristics of the quantum noise and the optical feedback noise of this laser, and the characteristics of the noise reduction by the method of Superposision of High-Frequency Current.
