Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We fabricated a low driving voltage electro-optic switch module using KTN waveguides. The driving voltage was 2.6 V and its response time was 100 ns. The switching characteristics were wavelength-independent over the C-band.
