| 抄録(和) | ウェブインテリジェンスの中で最も洗練された応用分野の1つとしてエンタープライズポータルの開発が挙げられる.エンタープライズポータルを用いることで, e-ビジネスやe-サービスなどにおいて, ユーザーからのニーズに答えることができるようになる.エンタープライズポータルの実現のためには, グローバルとローカルの情報ソースの統合利用による, 分散的問題解決は欠かすことができない.本稿では, ウェブインテリジェンスを担う枠組みのひとつである「ウェブ推論エンジン」を用い, グローバルな情報ソースとローカルな情報ソースの統合利用によるエンタープライズの意思決定支援手法の提案と実験結果について述べる. |
| 抄録(英) | Since the World Wide Web is enlarging its scale, users cannot find information wanted easily. Hence problem solving systems in the Web environment are required. The major difference of Web-based problem-solving systems with traditional ones is that two kinds of information sources : globally dynamic Web information sources and locally operational knowledge-data bases must be dealt with efficiently and effectively. In this paper, we propose an approach to develop distributed Web inference engines based on the framework of the wisdom Web. We argue that coupling global and local information sources is a vital issue to implement such Web inference engines, and describe how to use coupled global and local information sources with the Web inference engine for problem solving. |
