Abstract(in English) | We proposed the control method to achieve competition learning SOM network by using pulsed neuron model. This method controls each threshold of al SOM neurons uniformly. We have constructed the sound-localization model using this SOM network, and the operation verification have done. However, the algorithm was only tested with fixed parameters for any input patterns. In this paper, we examine behavior of the thresholds controlling with various inputs, and propose an adaptive control method of the thresholds. |
