Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this paper we propose a improved method of similarity function for CoPE topology preserving mapping. Conventionaly, the similarity measure of CoPE is a simple exponential function and all data nodes use the same evaluation criteria. However, in connectivity F-measure mapping evaluation, each node uses different evaluation criteria. Based in this principle, the proposed method uses an individual sigmoid function for each node, which parameters are trained simultaneously with the mappig coordinates. The effectiveness of proposed method is confirmed by some expriments using real data.
