Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Understanding the higher-order brain function requires understanding the interaction in recursive neuronal networks. For this purpose, conventioal correlation analysis among them is generally not sufficient, and the analysis based on network modeling is crucial ; a couple of research have been done, yet their biological plausibility has not been investigated very well. This paper provides the interaction between 2 binary neurons, modeled by Ising spins, can be indentified by the Akaike's feedback-system analysis which is based on multivariate-autoregressive modeling. We also show the identified network dynamics has longer and larger response compared with the dynamics of each neuron, which seems to be related to the relaxation dyanmics caused by the interaction of the 2 neurons.
