Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In the next generation mobile communication system, many wireless systems, which are very high bit rate system with small cell size and low bit rate system with wide cover area, will coexist. Therefore, terminal must have multimode capability and seamless handover capability. Software defined radio is one of effective technologies to realize the multimode terminal. Although, there are many studies for the SDR, there is few study for seamless handover using SDR. This report provides such missing study. This report proposes multimode terminal architecture and handover sequence for the next generation mobile communication systems
