Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this paper, we introduce the modulation of OFDM system and the encoding technique of STBC, setting up multi antennas at the transmitter side and the receiver side. The proposed scheme is robust over the frequency selective fading. Moreover, it has another characteristic that it can greatly improve the throughput and remarkably extend radio wave propagation distance even in the low SNR environment, such as 100km/h movement, thanks to the transmission diversity gain. In addition, we confirm by, using computer simulations, that the PAPR of the preamble for channel estimation can be suppressed by adopting an orthogonal coded pilot system as channel estimation.
