Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this paper, the theoretical analysis of the throughput of slotted ALOHA DS-CDMA with random TPC in a multi-cell environment is presented. It is found that for the given occurrence rate of original packets, the throughput performance has a discontinuous property and is not necessarily the same as that obtainable for the traffic model which does not take into account the packet retransmission mechanism. It is also found that the system throughput decreases as the path loss exponent becomes smaller and the shadowing standard deviation increases.
