Abstract(in English) The optical ZCZ code has a sharp periodic autocorrelation function and zero periodic crosscorrelation functions within a specified zone, and can provide an M-ary direct sequence spread spectrum (M-ary/DS-SS) system which can detect a desired sequence without interference of undesired seqences. In this paper, we propose the compact construction of a digital matched filter for an M-ary/DS-SS system using an optical ZCZ code and this filter is implemented on a field programmable gate array (FPGA) corresponding to 400 mega gates.
