Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this paper, we propose a interference cancellation system using an adaptive array antenna at the central base station for admitting to simultaneously access the plural terminals in relaying system using simple relay stations. In this system, each relay station which has an omnidirectional single antenna performs non-regenerative relay. On the central base station with an adaptive array antenna MMSE interference cancellation is applied and this operation can separate plural terminals' transmitted signals. Additionally, the relay stations re-insert the guard interval of OFDM signal in order to efficiently cancel the effect of the delay spread of each path. The performance of this system is confirmed by computer simulations.
