Decoding Technique Employing Likelihood Detection Utilizing Decision of Partial Bits in VIP-MIMO Systems

Abstract(in English) This paper examines a decoding technique using likelihood detection method utilizing decision of partial bits (LD-DPB) in VIP-MIMO systems. LD-DPB-flexible method is analyzed based on the analysis of LD-DPB-fixed method. We then focus on the weighting factor using the minimum power of eigenvalue in the decoding employing LD-DPB in 2x2 VIP-MIMO systems. The results show that the receiver employing LD-DPB-flexible obtains good BER performances in the cases of both with and without the weighting.
