Abstract(in English) This paper reconsiders the ring signature scheme with innocence assertion [10] as a group signature scheme. The ring signature scheme with innocence assertion differs from a group signature scheme in which the former allows a signer to decide a member of group dynamicaly, and in which the former does not need a group manager (electronic big brother); hereafter, we call the former a democratic group signature scheme (DGS scheme). This paper first discuss the security model of DGS scheme and proves the security of (modified) scheme under the random oracle model.
