Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this paper we propose a new method for constructing the public-key cryptosystem (PKC) over finite field, based on two classes of PKC, K_F-PKC and HP-KPC, proposed by the present author. The proposed method seems to have strengthened the security of both classes of PKC by the combining. One of the advantages of the constructed public-key cryptosystem is that the encryption and decryption can be performed very fast. We have also presented a method of converting RSA modulus and show several interesting examples of the applications.
