An Algebraic Surface Public-key Cryptosystem

Abstract(in English) In this paper, we propose a new type of public-key cryptosystem whose security is based on a section finding problem of surfaces. This problem, which is one of the principal issues in algebraic geometry, has no known efficient algorithm to solve even if a quantum computer is realized. This paper shows the key generation, encryption, decryption algorithms for the proposed cryptosystem and presents security analysis.
