Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Temporal variations of general cell membrane potential are described by Hodgkin-Huxley(HH)-type equations. Luo-Rudy I model is a typical model of ventricular myocardial cell described by HH-type nonlinear ordinary differential equations. We investigate the global bifurcation structure of Luo-Rudy I model by varying the amplitude or period of stimulus current or the maximum conductances of ionic channels.
