| 抄録(和) | 本研究では, シャントキャパシタの非線形性を考慮したE級増幅器の設計を行う.シャントキャパシタの非線形性を考慮したE級増幅器の従来の設計方法では共振回路のQ値を高く, 入力インダクタンスの値を大きくすることが仮定されているが, 本研究で行う設計においては, 低いQ値および小さな入力インダクタンスにおける設計が可能であり, 今まで導出できなかった設計値の導出が可能となる.また, 回路シミュレータSPICEによるシミュレーションを行うことにより, シミュレーション結果と計算結果の良好な一致を確認する. |
| 抄録(英) | This paper presents design of generalized class E amplifier with nonlinear shunt capacitance. It is assumed that output Q and dc-feed inductance are high in the conventional design of class E amplifier with nonlinear shunt capacitance. In this paper, it is possible to design the class E amplifier with nonlinear shunt capacitance with low output Q and finite dc-feed inductance. Therefore, it is possible to derive the design values that cannot derived by the conventional design. By carrying out two simulations verifications with Spice, we find that the simulation results agree with the calculated one quantitatively. |
