Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this report, we apply the vector fitting to macromodeling of simulated/measured networks, which is powerful to rational approximation of frequency-domain data. The rational matrix obtained from the vector fitting is represented by circuit and the SPICE model is provided. In the examples, we confirm the effectiveness of the proposed procedure.
