Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this paper, we provide a feedback controller that makes robust intermittent behavior in one-dimensional discrete-time nonlinear systems. This controller generates the laminar phase by driving a parameter in a small range. For numerical examples, we demonstrate that the designed controller generates intermittent behavior both in the logistic map and the tent map. Furthermore, we investigate a relation of channel width and laminar length in the controlled maps, and show that the controller can work even for chaotic systems having quantized parameter values.
