Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In a circadian oscillator model with a periodic external force, properties of phase differences in synchronization rhythms are important for analysis and design. In this paper, we propose a method to calculate parameter sets of equal phase difference between external force and an entrained periodic solution of a general non-autonomous periodic differential equation. The efficiency is verified by applying the method to the analysis of a circadian oscillator system.
