Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) A new approach for sensor data mining is constructed based on collective synchronization of nonlinear coupled oscillators. Sensor data are embedded in the natural frequencies of the oscillators subject to Kuramoto's model. Under appropriate conditions, the frequencies of the oscillators will be locked to a commom frequency. This dynamical behavior is utilized to achieve automatic noise reduction and classification of sensor data.
