Abstract(in English) We have fabricated single-hetero organic photodetectors using CuPc (copper phtalocyanine) and BPPC (N, N'-bis(2, 5-di-tert-butylphenyl)-3, 4, 9, 10-perylenedicarboximimide) and obtaind more than 20MHz bandwidth. Furthermore, to optimize the photoresponse speed with the organic layer thickness, we have also investigated the influence of the organic layer thickness on the frequency response.
