Abstract(in English) | ZnS : Mn thin-films were crystallized on the plastic substrates by laser annealing method. Flexible ZnS : Mn thin-film EL devices were prepared. These devices showed amber emission and operated at bending condition. We also investigated the deposit condition of BaAl_2S_4 : Eu thin-films with using laser ablation method. BaAl_2S_4 : Eu thin-films prepared at a substrate temperature of 200℃ and a laser fluence of 2.5J/cm^2 showed the strongest blue PL. Laser annealed these thin-films showed blue PL. |
