Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) ZnYO : RE (RE : Eu or Tb) powders were synthesized by citric acid gel method for VFD phosphors using low energy electron excitation. Zn/Y ratio was changed from 1 to 4 and RE content was maintained up to 2 mol.%. From CL measurements green radiation of Tb with the basic maximum on 540 nm and red radiation of Eu with the basic peak of 612 nm are received. The broad peak of ZnO : Zn was obtained from PL measurements using He-Cd laser (λ=325nm).
