Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Wireless ID-tags are important device not only for the ordinary location measurement systems, but also for the next generation integrated wireless services. While there are several studies on the location measurement accuracy of wireless ID-tag systems, the quantitative relation between the direction of wireless ID-tags and the polarization of the base station antennas has not been analyzed so far. In this paper, a unique configuration of built-in antenna system which consists of three orthogonal antennas and antenna direction sensors is proposed in order to stabilize the location measurement with the wireless ID-tag systems. Also, the location measurement accuracy of the proposed method has been evaluated experimentally under the several conditions for the simulated actual usage of the wireless ID-tag systems.
