Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) It is important to measure the radiation efficiency of mobile handsets in the vicinity of human body. The new fast measurement method that has many pairs of cross polarized sensor on the spherical surface and uses random RF combination to obtain the radiation efficiency statistically has be proposed in previous paper. The validity of this method was clarified by using the partial prototype of 8GHz scale model measurement system having 80 pairs of orthogonal dipole antenna in the icosahedron chamber. In this paper, a new random RF combiner using scattering element was proposed and evaluated.
