Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Semitransparent organic photo detectors with the hetero-structure of Cupper phthalocyanine (CuPc) and N, N'-bis (2, 5-di-tert-butylphenyl)3, 4, 9, 10-perylenedicarboximide (BPPC) have been fabricated by using a sputter deposited Indium Tin Oxide (ITO) for top contact electrode, have been investigated the I-V characteristics and frequency characteristics. In order to prevent ITO penetration into organic layer, amorphous carbon nitride (a-C : N) buffer layer between organic layer and ITO electrode was used. A cut-off frequency of a few MHz has been obtained for semi-transparent photodetector by applying a reverse bias voltage of -2 V under visible light illumination. The semi-transparent organic photo detectors can be applicable to the photoreflector combined with light emitting diodes for integrated devices with organic light emitting devices.
