Abstract(in English) Fluorescence of phosphor excited by electrons emitted from 70 μm thick PZT by polarization inversion is trying to observe the characteristics. An electron-beam source was fabricated by coating about 1nm thick C-Au-S film on the comb type electrode side of 70 μm thick PZT element after sandwiching by a flat and a comb type electrodes. Phosphor was over coated on the C-Au-S film on the comb type electrode side. To realize the radiation, the comb type electrode structure, the semi-conducting film thickness and the impulse voltage for polarization inversion are optimizing.
