Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Oorientational thin films of vandyl-phthalocyanine (VOPc) and titanyl-phthalocyanine (TiOPc) are expected to the application of optical computer device, such as optical switching and memory. We investigated the morphologies of TiOPc thin films prepared on KBr and Au(111) substrates by Vis/UV spectra measured with Vis/UV spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction (XRD) and third-order harmonics (TH) detected by using Maker fringe method. As for the results, the TiOPc thin films on KBr substrate were Epitaxially-grown. The VOPc thin film prepared on KBr becomes Epitaxially-grown, too. But, the crystal structures of TiOPc thin films were different from the crystal structures of VOPc thin films on Au(111) substrate.
