Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) An adaptive array antenna is commonly used to compensate frequency selective fading in mobile communication system. Two approaches are available to design an adaptive array antenna system: time domain and frequency domain. In time domain, computational complexity increases as the number of filter taps increases. In frequency domain, the parallel processing of each subband can reduces computational complexity, but aliasing can increase residual error. In this paper, we propose alias free adaptive array antenna using alias free subband adaptive filters. Using the proposed method, it is possible to reduce both residual error and computational complexity.
