抄録(英) | Covariance matrix approach is suitable for statistical polarimetric SAR image analysis. A four-component scattering model is proposed to decompose POLSAR image. Circular polarization contribution is added to the surface, double bounce, and volume scattering. This circular polarization generation is taken into account for the co-pol and cross-pol correlations which often appears in complex urban area and disappears in natural distributed target. This term is relevant to man-made targets. On the other hand, the volume scattering component for vegetation is modified by a change of probability density function for orientation angles. A decomposed example is illustrated using L-band polarimetric SAR data acquired with Pi-SAR airborne system. |
