Abstract(in English) We present the background, the overseas trend, the entire plan, and the summary of the Station-keeping flight tests in 2004 (including the outline of an airship, the developing condition of the ground equipment, the flight patterns, and the test items of the telecommunications and broadcasting missions, etc.) of the Stratospheric Platform Project, on which, since 1998, the development effort has been made by the cooperation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications with the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology.
