Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper describes the trial calculation of EHF bandwidth of future mobile satellite communication system for the disaster relief. The study gave careful consideration to the progress of UHF band mobile satellite communication system progress such as INMARSAT, the cellular mobile system development and the traffic variation on disaster. The result shows that both EHF and UHF bands are necessary to the mobile satellite communications system in the 2010's.
