| 抄録(和) | 近年、システム同定問題において、システムへの入力へ加算される雑音がわずかで、かつ、システムからの出力に加算される雑音がかなり大きいときに、Leaky RLSフィルタがRLSフィルタより高精度な係数推定が可能であることが理論的・実験的に報告されている。本報告では、そのLeaky RLSフィルタについて解析を行い、その学習曲線の収束特性について述べる。また、Leaky RLSフィルタの演算を簡素化した近似したLeaky RLSフィルタとの比較について述べる。 |
| 抄録(英) | In recent years, it has been reported that a Leaky RLS (LRLS) algorithm gives more accurate estimation parameters than an RLS algorithm in applications dealing with system identification where the noise in the data matrix A is much smaller than the input signal to an unknown system and the noise in the observation vector b is large for b to be far from the column space of A. In this report, the LRLS filter is analyzed and its convergence characteristic is considered. Moreover, a simple LRLS algorithm which uses an approximation by Taylor series is explained. |
