| 抄録(和) | ソフトウェア要求の質は要求分析者の能力や対象分野の知識(以降, ドメイン知識)の程度に依存し, ドメイン知識を十分に持たない分析者には的確な要求獲得は困難である. 本研究では, ドメイン知識を体系化したオントロジーを利用することによって, 要求獲得を支援する手法REO(Requirements Elicitation with Ontology)を提案する. オントロジーは, ノードとして機能・非機能要求と機能要求に関する4W1H(Why, When, Who, Where, How)情報, ノード間の関係として, 継承・集約・相補・補足・冗長関係を持つ. REOでは, オントロジー中の集約関係に基づいた階層構造に従って, 顧客が出した抽象的な初期要求を詳細化する. さらにオントロジーに記述されている4W1H情報, 相補・補足・冗長関係を用いて, 要求の必要性や妥当性等を顧客に示し, 要求の採否を決めてもらう. この手法によって, ドメイン知識を十分に持たない要求分析者でも, 顧客が満足する詳細な要求を獲得できるようになる. 本論文では, REOで用いるオントロジーと要求獲得手法REOについて述べる. またREOを用いた要求獲得実験を行い, その有効性について評価する. |
| 抄録(英) | Since the quality of software requirements fully depends on the ability of analyst and the knowledge of a target domain (domain knowledge), it is quite difficult for an analyst who does not have the domain knowledge to successfully elicit requirements. This paper proposes a requirements elicitation method with ontology that systematically organizes the domain knowledge. We named our method REO (Requirements Elicitation with Ontology). The ontology consists of nodes that represent functional/non-functional requirements and their 4W1H (why, when, who, where, and how) and relations including inheritance, aggregation, supplementation, and redundancy. With the hierarchy of functional requirements in the ontology, abstract requirements initially provided by a client can be detailed. With the 4W1H and with relations of supplementation and redundancy, the necessity and the validity of a requirement can be provided to the client. The REO enables a novice analyst who does not have sufficient domain knowledge to elicit valid and detailed requirements. We describe the REO and its ontology. The effectiveness of the REO will be illustrated with an experiment. |
