Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We have developed a 1.2V 3.5mW continuous-time ΔΣ modulator for a single-chip mobile receiver for digital broadcasting in Japan. A current-summing network composed of passive elements was used in the loop-filter feedforward path, contributing to the low power consumption. A 75 dB total dynamic range was achieved by varying the DAC output power according to the input signal power.
