Abstract(in English) This paper describes a trial production of 10Gbps class serial transmission prototype for servers and routers. Interface circuit consumes the power of 100mW/ch by adopting the low-power CDR and the low-power I/O circuit using 0.13um CMOS technology. A Low-loss backplane board(@Dissipation factor : 0.015, Dielectric constant : 3.6), low-loss via structure (stub length <0.1mm), and a off-chip equalizer that uses passive elements are applied to the mounted system. This prototype operates over a 30-cm backplane with two connectors at 10Gbps.
