| Abstract(in English) | An optical transceiver module for the Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing (DWDM) application is realized in the Small Form Factor Pluggable (SFP) size. This is the report of the package design of the development. The package was made of molded resin without surface finish, and plate materials, and was satisfied the criteria of EMI spec. and Heat dissipation target. Also the package was able to be in common with other specification of the product, such as OC-3, because it cost very low. |
