Abstract(in English) | To clarify the mechanism of tin whisker nucleation and growth, the hypothesis of the tin whisker nucleation and growth mechanism was built by the basis of phenomena around tin whisker, and verified this hypothesis. This paper consists of the hypothesis for tin whisker growth mechanism, the parameters of nucleation and growth, and the suppression mechanism by lead. |
