Abstract(in English) The lingually attached prosthesis fabricated through efficiently applying the residual lingual function of glossectomy patients and utilizing the palatograms of /ata/ /aki/ and /aka/ have been shown to effectively improve oral function, including articulation. In this report, on the case of 56 years who removes tongue and all rebuilt it at once about the aspect of the articulation recovery with the palate form of four kinds of lingually attached prosthesis that were made and installed in 17 years from August, 1988 to January, 2005 and the remaining tongue.
