| 抄録(和) | 本研究では、胃電図を用いて簡便に便秘やストレス性胃炎などの胃腸活動の異常に起因する疾病の予防策や治療指針を確立することを目的として、若年女性を対象に睡眠時における胃電図の解析を行った。パワースペクトルの経時変化を求めた結果、胃の蠕動運動を反映するとされる3cpm付近と腸の活動を反映するとされる6cpm付近に特徴的な変動が見られた。時系列全体に対して、この変動が存在しない比率(非検出率)を求めた結果、3cpmについては約15%で、睡眠中ほぼ全般にわたって胃の蠕動運動が見られる。腸については約60%であった。便秘群と非便秘群について、6cpmの非検出率を比較したところ、3chにおいて便秘群が有意に高い値を示した。 |
| 抄録(英) | Majoring the gastrointestinal motility by electrogastrography (EGG), this study is aimed at establishing a simple precept of the remedy and the easy prevention against diseases resulting from constipation and erosive gastritis. We measured electrogastrographes at 4 body-surface points in randomly-sampled collegiate women after going to sleep and calculated their power spectra every 10 minute. 3 and 6 cycles per minute (cpm) power in the EGG power spectrum are considered to depend upon peristaltic movements in the stomach and the intestine, respectively. Characteristic peaks were also found in the temporal variations of the spectrums surrounding the 3 and 6cpm, however, the 6cpm peak disappeared from the spectrum for more than 60% of the whole interval. We then counted over the ratio of the whole to the interval in which there were not any 3 and 6 cpm peaks, respectively. At some body-surface point, the ratio in a constipatious group was significantly different from a common group. |
