Abstract(in English) By increase in the use of the mobile devices using high-frequency technologies in the general public, high-frequency standards be becoming more and more important in the industries. We use the feedback from market needs to develop the coaxial high-frequency impedance standards with PC-7, Type-N and PC-3.5 connectors in the wideband frequency range. Impedance standards of coaxial lines are airlines which characteristic impedance is determined by diameter of inner- and outer-conductors and material constants. We, thus, developed and evaluated the measurement systems of inner-, outer-diameter and transmission loss, then calculated characteristic impedances and scattering parameter of standard airlines. As the results of these developments, we established the SI-traceable standards of high-frequency impedance with coaxial PC-7 connectors.
