| 抄録(和) | 非放射性誘電体線路(NRDガイド)を利用したミリ波用広帯域Y分岐回路について述べる.本分岐回路は,副腕間を薄い金属隔壁で分離してアイソレーションを向上させ,主腕と副腕をステップ構造で接続することで反射を低減している.副腕には徐々に金属隔壁から遠ざけるためベンドを利用した.シミュレーションによる60GHz帯での設計に基づき実験を行った結果,良好な等分配出力が得られ,57-65GHzの帯域において反射が十分に小さく,副腕間のアイソレーションも15dB以上得られることを確認した.この分岐回路は,ミリ波集積回路の電力分配器に応用できると考えられる. |
| 抄録(英) | A wideband Y junction circuit using NRD-guide for millimeter waves is described. The isolation is improved by separating sub arms by a thin metal partition. The reflection is reduced by connecting sub arms with the main arm via a step line. A bend was used as the sub arm in order to gradually keep away from the metal partition. The circuit was designed by the simulation, and the experiment was performed at 60GHz. It was confirmed that well-balanced output was obtained. The reflection was sufficiently small in 57-65GHz, and the isolation between sub arms was also over 15dB. It is considered that this junction circuit can be applied to power divider of millimeter wave integrated circuit. |
