Abstract(in English) In this Letter, Semi-Implicit Method for Pressure-Linked Equation (SIMPLE) which has widely been used to analyze the fluid thermo-dynamics, is combined with Finite-Difference Time-Domain (FDTD) method for electromagnetic applications. The combined method, known as FDTD-SIMPLE method, which also incorporates the air convection, is then applied to analyze three dimensional temperature distribution in λ/4 Type Wave Absorber Using ITO Film. As these results, we are able to know the temperature distribution considering local heat transfer to calculate the surrounding air convection.
